Refund policy
We design and choose our products with patient experience in mind and we want you to love what you get from RecoverEase. We have very high quality control standards, so we are certain you will not receive a defective item. If, however, you find that your purchase does not work for you, we welcome the opportunity to address that in accordance with the following:
For items purchased through our website (myrecoverease.com), we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 15% restocking fee applies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to RecoverEase, LLC, 558 Castle Pines Parkway, Unit B-4137, Castle Pines, CO 80108. Once a return is started, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to the customer.

Amazon: If you purchased your item on Amazon, you will need to return it on that site.
Wholesale: If you are a wholesale customer and have questions about returns, please email us at hello@myrecoverease.com.
Other Sales Channels: If you bought your RecoverEase product through one of our fabulous partner sister sites, you should be able to attend to a return through them. If, however, that is problematic, please email us at hello@myrecoverease.com. We will do everything we can to help you out and get you sorted!
Damages and issues
As said above, we have a highly rigorous quality control process, so it is unlikely you would have a damaged or defective item. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is an issue with the product, the restocking fee will not apply.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the 15% restocking fee, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@myrecoverease.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
