Retailer Terms and Conditions

Grant of Rights

Supplier agrees to sell, and Retailer agrees to purchase, RecoverEase garments (the "Products") for resale at retail locations or online, subject to the terms and conditions set forth.

MERCHANTABILITY & MISREPRESENTATIONS

The Retailer agrees that RecoverEase makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of RecoverEase products. The Retailer also agrees that RecoverEase is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentations of the goods by the Retailer or the final retail purchaser or consumer, and indemnifies RecoverEase for any legal actions that emanate or arise from such actions.

Patented Product

Retailer acknowledges that the RecoverEase garments are patented. As such, the Retailer agrees not to alter the Products in any way, including but not limited to reselling them under a different brand or name. Retailer shall not infringe upon the patent in any way, including by reproducing, manufacturing, or selling any similar products.
